To make Zero's dress enable physics, I had to cut up the pieces and divide them into deco pieces - that's just how the game works. Q2) Why are some of the parts listed as essential for the Torso/Thigh parts? Don't forget to give credit for the original mod. If you want to do it then by all means go for it.
It's a pain to convert it to Vanilla (even switching it back to it when I have mods for WotC is troubling enough for me).
